Uyak Bay is on the northwest coast of Kodiak Island, approximately 64 air miles from the City of Kodiak, which in turn is 250 air miles from of Anchorage.

Two commercial air carriers serve Kodiak from Anchorage, a short one-hour flight from the mainland. Air schedules vary by season, ranging from five to ten flights daily.

Depending upon the details of the expedition you’re joining, you will travel from Kodiak to Uyak Bay either by boat or by chartered floatplane. Our staff will work with you to arrange an itinerary that will allow you to travel from your home to the tranquil waters of Uyak Bay as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
