Waiters aboard the Aleutian placed a menu postcard at each table setting, allowing passengers to keep a souvenir of the delicious food served from the ship's well-equipped galley.

Among the passengers' many lunch choices are broiled mutton chops, braised sirloin tips, and kippered cod, along with lesser-known favorites like beef tea and chow chow!
